    11月计划

    一转眼居然已经到了年底,时间过得好快。
    11、12月想必又要在忙碌中度过,还好,虽然忙碌却很充实快乐。
    11月要做的事情:
    1、工作日每晚看书。——双休日看书不现实,所以一定要保证平时的工作日,周一至周五。认真做好笔记,杜绝虎头蛇尾。
    2、每天坚持锻炼身体——跳绳基数不低于500,量力而行,坚持最重要。
    3、保持饮食和作息的规律健康——工作日11点之前睡觉,双休日不熬夜超过12点,不赖床。
    4、勤保养,每天多吃水果蔬菜,多喝水;至少隔天敷一次面膜,不偷懒,对自己负责。
    5、保持较高的工作效率和良好的工作状态,每周完成教学和常规工作外,本月启动年鉴工作,月底前力争完成资料的汇总。
    6、注意搞好个人卫生,坚持每周打扫房间,整理物品,保持居家环境整洁。
    先写这么多,计划不在于多,关键是要坚持,对自己负责,虽然过程艰苦,但不付出努力就不能见到成效。
    从这个月开始,每月进行个人计划总结,以明年六月为倒计时。
    另外,保持良好的心情,客观事实已经确定的不能改变,不要抱怨,要适应眼前并争取未来。
    给自己一个月的时间,相信一定能做好!
